World Rainforest Day – get 5 free plants when you buy 5 at Hawkesbury Community Nursery

Yes, today is World Rainforest Day and to celebrate that the Hawkesbury Community Nursery is offering the first 50 people today, and on the first Saturday in July, the opportunity to buy 5 rainforest plants and get another 5 plants free.

The Nursery’s rainforest feature plant is Tristaniopsis laurina, an versatile plant that can be planted within a rainforest, river or creekbank, or even as a screen in the home garden.

The Nursery is at 10 Mulgrave Road, Mulgrave, next door to the Hawkesbury Companion Animal Shelter.

It is open to the public Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm, or by appointment, and on the 1st Saturday of the month from 9am to midday (excluding December and January).
