Vehicle fire at Wilberforce

The brigade were on scene just after 4pm at Ti Tree Place in Woodlands industrial estate. Wilberforce 1 team arrived initially to find a single vehicle fully alight, with fire spreading to a power pole and fence, dangerously close to stored chemicals and warehoused pet food.

Quick action by brigade members in breathing apparatus prevented further spread of the fire and quickly brought the vehicle fire under control, before back-up arrived with Wilberforce 7 as well as Hawkesbury Police Area Command officers who are investigating the cause of the blaze.
