NSW SES issue flood evacuations for – McGraths Hill, parts South Windsor, Wilberforce, Windsor CBD
Residents in all of the following areas are being asked to get ready to evacuate by 9am tomorrow – Monday – morning.
Every resident in the McGraths Hill suburb.
The warning area covers all properties east of Windsor Road from South Creek to Brennan Dam Road, north of Killarney Chain of Ponds, west of McKenzies Creek.
Residents are being told to prepare to evaculate before 9am on Monday
An evacuation centre has been set-up at Castle Hill RSL, 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill.
Windsor CBD
The warning area covers all properties bounded by the Hawkesbury River, Palmer Street, South Creek, Suffolk Street and New Street.
Urged to prepare to evaculate before 9am on Monday, March 22.
If required, an evacuation centre has been established at Castle Hill RSL, 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill.
South East Windsor
The warning area covers all properties bounded by the train line, South Creek and Brickfield Road to the creek.
Prepare to evacuate before 9am on Monday.
Wilberforce
All properties north of the Hawkesbury River, west of Buttsworth Lane, Earl Street and Putty Road to Currency Creek, south of Currency Creek to Argents Road (west of the intersection of Argents Rd and Sargents Road).
Prepare to evacuate before 9am on Monday.
Residents should monitor the situation and be prepared to evacuate if and when instructed to do so. An Evacuation Order will be issued by the NSW SES if evacuation is required.
