Officially opened by Federal MP Susan Templeman on Sunday, Koala Health Clinic offers a wide range of skin and health treatments from its centre on George Street and is looking to expand to other rural centres too.

Ms Templeman said it was really good to see another new local business open up and said the local angle was really important with more people working from home.

“So I believe we’ll see a lot more people staying local, shopping local and hopefully using their leisure time to spend their money locally. Congratulations on the vision and the determination to do this. I’m always happy to support new small businesses open up,” said Ms Templeman.

Koala’s head of marketing, Penny Dixon, told the Post: “It’s all about rejuvenation because we’ve had the bushfires and we’ve had Covid and we feel now this is a time for rejuvenation. And we wanted to help with the damage that the sun can do to Australian skin.”

“The harsh conditions affect the land and all who live on it, and our skin is affected every day. Koala Health Clinic provides he ultimate in rejuvenation for Australian skin,” Ms Dixon said.

Spa manager, Kimberley Wilcox, said the high-end technology offered at Koala allowed for all skin needs to be professionally, discreetly and carefully managed.

“We are so excited to launch this amazing new health spa in Windsor,” Ms Wilcox said. “I am really looking forward to taking care of everyone’s skin rejuvenation.”

Services available at Koala Health Clinic include coolsculpting, laser treatments, vein removal, lashes, injectibles including Botox and fillers, spray tans, peels, facials and massages.
