Have your say on the Colbee Park Masterplan

McGraths Hill’s Colbee Park is much loved by the local community but it needs some sprucing up and Council have come up with a Masterplan which outlines some of the potential improvements and also outlines how the park should be managed.

This doesn’t mean funding will necessarily be available – that will be a separate Council discussion – but what the Masterplan does is provide a blueprint for how the park is run and managed and improved into the future.

Now you have your chance to have a say on the plans until May 28.

Council says, the Draft Plan of Management and Masterplan for Colbee Park “has been developed in consultation with the community and it will guide how the park may be used, managed and improved in the future”.

“It provides a long-term vision for the Park, ensuring that any future improvements are appropriate, and that values of the park area retained,” says Council’s media release.

The Draft Plan of Management and Masterplan is a planning document that will inform long term operational plans for the future.

You can have your say by any of the following methods:

The last day for submissions is Friday, 28 May 2021.
