According to the latest quarterly property report by InfoTrack, the north-western postcode of 2765 has recorded the highest number of sales to First Home Buyers across the state between 1 April and 30 June.
This postcode encompasses 13 suburbs, including Vineyard, Oakville, Maraylya, Grantham Farm, and Riverstone. It climbed from the third position earlier this year to claim the top spot as the most desirable location for First Home Buyers in the last quarter.
